They are highly intelligent, loyal, high energy, funniest scene of humor, highly aware of their surroundings, protective, extremely playful no matter your age young to old they adapt to you. The love and affection that a schipperke has to offer is unlimited no matter the time of day or night you need their love and affection they are right there to offer it. Their hearts are so big for such a small dog. I will own another 1 or 2 as soon as I can come up with the money to purchase them, I would own a zoo of schipperkes if I could love this breed. I love & miss you Dakota my schipperke who passed on 12-9-2017 she would agree everyone should experience a schipperke once in their lives.
