We have a 75/25 Jack Russell / Boston Terrier mix. Absolutely a great dog. Energetic, loves to play and go for her walks in the park but is also more than happy to curl up on a lap for hours on end. Waterproof coat so she's happy walking in any weather and seems oblivious to rain, snow and cold. Friendly with everyone she meets but also very good at letting us know when someone comes in the driveway or to the door. With her raised car seat she's also the best travelling dog we've ever had. Rides for hours in the car looking out the window or sleeping and never hear a peep out of her...unless she sees a squirrel. Highly recommend this breed for anyone looking for a fun companion and able to provide them with a good amount of exercise and play time.

Best friend in the world! Very intelligent, extremely loving, low maintenance. I've never seen him even attempt to bite anything or anyone in an aggressive manner. He is and always has been very well behaved and loves making new friends. He was exceptionally quick to pick up his training and still learns new commands with little training after eight years. He and I are inseparable.
