Our Irish Doodle is loyal, playful, and energetic. He is also incredibly smart. He recognizes what makes us laugh and will do so on purpose, can get lids off of jars with ease and figure out most doors and puzzles quickly. We had him trained by a professional since he was outsmarting us. Once he had a direction, he was easy to train. Picked things up quickly and always wanted to impress. He is very vocal and responds more to praise than being food driven. Hands down one of the best dogs I’ve ever had. I’ll take 4 more just like him any day.

Very high energy, generally pick a person and that becomes their person. So glad he is in my life. 10/10 would get again!

I just brought home a 10 week old Irish Doodle that is the most beautiful and laid back puppy I've ever seen. He's so amazing that he learned 3 commands in 1 day. I've had him one week and several people, including family, have begged me to sell him to them. He follows kids and babies around like they are leash. He let's 18 month old babies slap him, lay their heads down on him and all without growling, running away or barking. He rarely barks. No one can believe how friendly and docile he is. Not to mention one of the prettiest dogs anyone has seen. I'm so in love!! I bought him for my 2 kids with autism and I'm so glad I did!

We adopted our Irish Doodle Alfie (Now Finn) 4 weeks ago. He is very smart and trainable, medium energy (he gets a walk/jog in the AM and one in the PM), and does not shed at all. He settled right into his crate the very first night. Highly recommend this breed.

I got my Irish doodle, Cookie, and she is awsome! I had 2 Irish setters in my life, but I have 2 kids now, so they are Just like Irish setters, just less shedding, which is relieving. She is so smart, and loves my 6 and 4 year old. She is a bit goofy with the kids, and LOVES family great dog! thanks, GFP!
