I purchased my (1 year old) Pomapoo in May 2022, from Norman Miller who was just wonderful to work with. He was very easy to talk to and answered every question I had regarding the Pomapoo whose name is Phoebe. Norman was helpful in every way from the purchase to the transport of this adorable, sociable, and healthy pup. Phoebe is the cutest and most playful pup who gets along well with our Papillon (who we purchased from Norman over a year ago). "We had lost our 10 year old Maltese Zoe on September 7th, 2017, we were devastated. I didn't know if we ever wanted to get another dog. It was so painful losing her. We picked up our new family member from Norman Miller. Alice was presented in a free-roaming professional initial meeting. Home and country setting was clean neat and obviously a loving home. Pup is doing great 8 weeks at pickup very sociable easy to talk to start to finish offered to be available for future questions, obviously care for animals.

After losing our 15 year old papillon, my family was heartbroken over our loss. But when we decided that we were ready for a new addition to the family, we knew that contacting a breeder would be the right choice.

We contacted Norman Miller upon visiting his website, and saw that there was one puppy still looking for a home. Norman was very accommodating and worked with us every step of the way. From vet visits to arranging transportation, we knew our puppy was getting the best care possible in preparation for his trip to our home. He arrived on March 2, right before the Nor'easter that caused a bit of trouble in the NY and NJ area, but my husband and I were waiting and ready to pick our little pup up. I have to admit that I was a bit teary-eyed when I saw his face for the first time. He reminded me so much of my older dog Niko, and I could not wait to hold him in my arms.

I just wanted to thank Norman for providing us with our new member of the family. Our Shiba Inu has been with us for 3 months now, and he's growing happy and most importantly - healthy. The whole process was quick and easy. We spent about a year searching for the right dog for our family and searching for the right place to acquire him from, and when we found him, I think it was a matter of a day or so and it was done - we had a puppy coming our way. I would like to take this time to personally thank The Miller family for one of the best experiences my children have had. We purchased our puppy from the Greenfield puppies online site with Norman being the seller. He was so polite and helpful with all of our questions. We made an 11 hour trek from Rhode Island to Ohio to get our little golden doodle. Our puppy came with 3 shots and 3 deworming shots. She had a microchip as well. After losing our beloved Papillon “Mufasa” a few weeks back my wife and I never expected we would own another pet. Then one night...God winked…and showed us a puppy on GFP that looked just like our Mufasa when he was a pup. We were so taken aback that we called Norman Miller even though we had very low expectations. I was immediately impressed with Norman’s warm and friendly disposition and his obvious love for all his puppies. Since we live a thousand miles away in Florida we were also extremely concerned about shipping aboard commercial airlines. As a pilot myself, I wasn’t concerned with the flight itself but the stress factor on a 10-week old pup during a 5-hour flight. As it all turned out we bought Matthew the Papillon pup and we couldn’t be happier. Matthew took to us like a duck to water which is an obvious sign of how he was raised as a puppy. I won’t even get into the quality of the process and paperwork involved during the transaction but it was excellent also. We highly recommend Norman Miller to anyone looking for a Papillon Pup.

So we drove 3 hours to get her and you can tell that she came from a loving place. Norman and his wife are wonderful. In fact, Norman called 3 days after we went home with Willow (Jean) to see how she was doing! The puppy is sweet and getting along with the dogs I have and am so pleased that we got her! Our golden doodle, Bella, whose original name was Ava, was purchased from Norman Miller, breeder, in Fredericksburg, Ohio on December 1, 2018. She is now 12 weeks old and the delight of my life. She is so funny, very easy to train. She torments our mini schnauzer but they love each other. She has a great personality, and is so loving. I have nothing negative to say about her or the breed.

Norman has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We began our journey as first time dog owners with Norman. We found the breed that caught our eye and we couldn't turn away. There was a picture online of a shiba inu puppy where he sat with one ear bent waiting for his new parents to bring him home. That's all we needed before we committed to driving over to Norman's place. We picked up Richard and were on our way very happy with the entire process.

In an unfortunate series of events we discovered that Richard had some unforgiving brain issues. The prognosis was grim. We spent a lot of time and money seeking out our options. It is with a heavy heart that I share Richard's time with us will not be long.

In learning all this, I communicated with Norman. He answered all my calls and questions and has been supportive through and through. Norman wanted to help even with Richard outside of the 30-day health guarantee. I can't speak highly enough of how kind Norman has been. He could have not picked up the phone or responded to me - or even said it's not his problem. But instead, he has been there and doing everything he can to make sure that we are happy. Despite everything - the good and the bad; the tiresome process, I have been able to rely on Norman and am grateful for that.

I have been wanting a fur baby to keep me company as my kids move on and start their own families. I received my sweet Millie on June 28 and was in love from day one. Millie is so sweet and smart! Last week, I was able to pick up an adorable Papillon puppy from Mr. Norman Miller in Ohio. She is an adorable puppy who is in great health and perfectly conforms to the Papillon standard.
