Marcus was a pleasure to work with. He was super responsive and answered all of my questions thoroughly. He arranged for shipment of the puppy, as I was out of state. He made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process, which went very smooth! The puppy arrived in perfect condition & very clean, exactly when she was scheduled to.
