I got Heidi now named Kacey yesterday. She is very sweet and quiet. No fleas or ticks upon pickup but I gave her a nice bath and quick haircut anyway when we got home. I was quite impressed that she is using the bathroom outside already! So far so good! Im so in love with her. Thank you so much!

I got my Shi-chon on 7-10-2024 Tony now Henri. He is the sweetest little guy and very smart he already knows command for outside potting. Henri started life out on a farm so when I got him home I did notice he had several fleas I had him vet checked he is fine and happy. I recommend Country Farm if you are looking for your next fur baby raised with love and lots of socializing (from breeders family) Thank you Gideon for my precious Henri!

We purchased our wonderful ShiChon from Gideon in Feb. 2024. He was wonderfully raised and cared for by Gideon and his family. What a wonderful pup whose original name was Oren. We changed it to Ranger Oren. I would definitely recommend pups from Gideon.

I got Valerie, now named Grace from Gideons family farm. She is the best behaved, sweetest and most loving pup! She is the first small breed I have ever owned and she amazes me daily. She is a BichPoo breed and has been a dream! I cannot get over how smart she is! I am so incredibly thankful I found this website and this breeder.

We got Champ now Cooper a few weeks ago. We got Bella our 13 month old Shichon from Gideon and decided she needed a playmate. I contacted Gideon wanting another puppy and he was very prompt once again in returning my calls. Bella fell in love with Cooper the minute we brought him home. They run and play together all of the time and so fun to watch them. It was the best decision getting another puppy and getting him from Gideon! They are 1/2 siblings as they have the same dad. Thank you Gideon for another beautiful puppy out fur baby family is complete ❤️

Daisy, now named polenta is the best dog we could have asked for. She got along with our shepherd instantly and loves seeing everyone she meets. We could tell she was well taken care of. Gideon was very quick in responding to my voice-mail and any questions I had.

We LOVE our Abby (aka Mia). She has fit right into our family and we couldn’t be happier. Gideon was very prompt with retuning calls and answering questions. Thank you for our sweet girl !

We adopted “Rocky”, now “Mushu” or “Gizmo” still working on name. Gideon was quick to respond, his family was very friendly, our puppy smelled like he’d been freshly groomed, he was clean, flea free and an excellent weight. You can tell Gideon takes care of his puppies. We are thrilled and our puppy has warmed right up to all of us and is living his best life on the Coast now.

This is Arya (formally Noel) my family and I drove all the way from Ga. To pick her up right before Christmas, our puppy is very smart and healthy, active during the day and sleeps well through the night. It was a pleasure to work with Mr. Gideon and his family, we highly recommend them.

We had just sent our girl, Angel (Bichon / Chihuahua) who was nearly 16 over the Rainbow Bridge on 8/4/22. I searched and searched and came across Gideon and The Country Farm, LLC. When we saw our Shichon Teddy Bear girl we named Puppy Girl. She's brought such joy and happiness as well as laughter back into our home. Danny has Speech Aphasia from a double stroke 4 years ago so he named her something he could remember easily. Thanks to Naomie and her girls for helping us through the selection and administrative process. Puppy Girl is doing awesome!

We got Posh who is now Bella 2 weeks ago. We are so in love with her and she is so spoiled. Gideon was wonderful! He returned phone calls promptly and answered all questions I had. We picked up our maltipoo puppy from Gideon in mid-April that we have affectionately named Maple. If this is your family’s first puppy (like it was for us) Gideon is who you want to deal with. Maple is healthy, tender hearted, and get compliments everywhere we go. :-). Extremely happy with this decision.

We bought our puppy, Essie, now Bella a shi-chon yesterday and we are so happy with her. She is active, playful and loving. Bella is everything we have been looking for and more. Gideon responds to your phone calls quickly and is very easy to work with. The process was very easy. We bought Tobi (Cap) 3 days ago and we are super happy with our new puppy. All the process was very simple and friendly.

We adore our two Shichon Puppies Pebbles and Bam Bam. Mr. Riehl was incredibly patient and understanding with our six months of contact.

After doing a lot of research and looking for a puppy to adopt, we came across Max. We just had to have him! We gave Mr. Gideon a call and left him a message. In no time he gave us a call back and we got things set up. The very next morning we drove from Maryland and adopted Max who is now Teddy. We took him to the vet and he is 100% healthy. We are extremely grateful to have come across Mr. Gideon and I would recommend him to everybody because it’s worth every little bit.

My boyfriend got me Bella from Gideon on my birthday and she is truly the best gift I have ever received. I got her back in June and had her for almost 4 months now and she’s amazing and in perfect health. I will be getting my next dog from Gideon in the future.

After a bad experience with another breeder, we stumbled upon Gideons puppies and went home with Lance, now named Baymax! He is exactly what we hoped for! He was well socialized with children, excellent around our chickens, and a very loving people friendly dog. The Farm was beautiful and his litter mates all looked happy and healthy. We would recommend this breeder to anyone and would consider coming back if we ever want to expand our furry family!!

I purchased Biscuit in November of 2018. He’s been a joy to my family an I since the day I brought him home. Mr. Gideon was great with communicating with me and even held Biscuit for me until I could fly to VA from WA. It was an amazing experience and I couldn’t imagine life without my little boy. Got our Yorkichon from Gideon just under two years ago. She's been great and healthy! Best decision ever!

We adopted a Yorkie girl from Gideon. She is and amazing puppie - gentle and patient with my 10 year old and 8 year old. She has great pep but also wants to please. Gideon and his family did a fantastic job of socializing their pups - that is clear. They are healthy and loved. I would recommend Gideon to anyone looking to adopt one of his puppies.

OMG!!! --- Gideon and his family are the best!!! I looked for a puppy for a long time ...but when I saw the puppies Gideon posted...there was an instant "connection". I placed numerous phone calls to Gideon and he was always patient, kind, and very truthful in answering my many questions about the breed and how he raises them. He even helped me select the puppy he thought would be the best fit for me. He was “spot on” about everything!!! On 21Oct2019 I flew to Virginia and picked up my Boo Boy (aka Lando)…and it was obvious Boo Boy was loved and well taken care of by Gideon, his wife and their adorable children. I brought my Boo Boy back to Texas and he is everything I ever wanted in a puppy. My vet is always amazed at how healthy and well adjusted he is. Words cannot begin to express my thanks to Gideon…because of him, I have the best little buddy anyone could ever want!!! He is perfect!!!! I am truly blessed!!

We purchased our Great Pyrenees mix puppy from the Riehls in Dillwyn, Va. We could not be happier with her. Audrey (we kept her name) is the sweetest, most well adjusted puppy. She has been a lot less work than we were expecting. From day one, she fit right in with our family. She is also quite the showstopper. Wherever we take her, people fawn all over her. I would highly recommend the Riehls to anyone looking for a beautiful, healthy puppy.
