Great dog if you have kids that will be active with your dog. A large back yard and time every day to two to three time to work out your dog. This is a high energy dog with large prey drive. They pick up sents from the ground and the air so they are always busy. That being said they are loving loyal and protective of there pac. Can be noisy. Can be the best you ever had if you spend the time to train and work out

The Catahoula Bulldog is a wonderful companion. Our Sage loved to be with us, and he was very intelligent as he figured out how to open the front door by pulling on the handle. They love to hunt critters, and need a yard or time to run around. I absolutely love this breed, and recommend having this dog as a family pet since they are loyal to their people.
