A bit about us is vague let us start off from the beginning. Leroy Schlabach is the owner of Goldstar Family Poodles.

Leroy (and my wife Clara) both grew up in the country on 100 acre dairy farms. Always caring for and loving the animals. After getting married and building a home on a 4 acre lot in the country. We fell in with Standard Poodles. After a few years of having a pet we got started breeding Standard Poodles and Standard Goldendoodles.

We have been blessed with 5 children ranging from 2 to 14 years old. They all love playing with and socializing with our puppies which is very important and makes the transition to new homes much easier and less stressful for the puppy.

At Gold Star Family Poodles we have about 15 years of experience breeding and working with dogs which is our passion. We selectively breed for health and temperament. We follow a strict vaccination and deworming protocol and all our puppies come with a 1 year health guarantee. Our goal is to have all of our puppies go to loving pet homes or to qualified breeders.
