Riah is now Bisou... (her stage name) and she is the joy of our lives! She is a BEAUTIFUL young lady now, just turned 7 yrs back in August '24... She was the smallest of the litter, but she has claimed the hearts' of everyone who's ever met her. She is still shy, but super smart and gets a little prettier every day. She is showered with love at home and when she is "owning" Philadelphia!! Eternal thanks to Matt and, Puppies at Heart!!! Riah is very, very beloved!! I had a great experience with Matt and his wife when collecting our puppy. Their home and the grounds that the puppy grew up in was wonderful. Efficient communication and paperwork provided.

We got a wonderful puppy from Matt. She is super sweet and cuddly and a great addition to our family. Matt was happy and available to answer all of our questions and concerns. Our puppy gets along with our 2 year old grandsons, our dog and cat. We would absolutely get another puppy from Matt and his family. It was a great experience.

Sooo happy with my new puppy ! Working with Matt was wonderful. Couldn’t be more happy with my decision. I named him Blue because of his blue eye. Blue is now Family!!

I can’t say enough good things about Matt and his care for his puppies. Matt was kind, helpful, patient and knowledgeable and so easy to work with — also flexible. He let me come when my schedule allowed even though that was late at night. When I got there, he had his pups in his house and you could tell these doggies were well loved and cared for. He was also feeding them very good food, which my vet was so happy about. Now… about the pup we got, he is the MOST AMAZING puppy I have ever met. He has the best temperament and is so loving. Matt and his pups are a gem and I can’t thank him enough. I am so glad we got lucky enough to get a dog from him,

We picked up our baby boy about 2 weeks ago and could not be happier! The entire process was flawless. Matt was extremely knowledgeable and very easy to work with. We have an amazing addition to our family and we are very pleased. We really appreciated the "above & beyond" treatment when we picked him up as well. Wow!!! I cannot say enough about how amazing our experience has been with Matt! He answered our inquiry right away, and was so patient. He was very upfront and honest about everything. Matt was super responsive throughout the process and even after we brought little Kimmie home. I feel like our families are good friends from the past lol! Just got a Mini Bernese Mountain Dog three days ago. Have been to our vet and everything is good including his poop testing. The dog is gorgeous and very well adjusted. Matt and his whole family were amazing to deal with. They seem to care for and love the dogs. I put Matt through the hoops, and he provided me with everything I requested. Thrilled with the end result.

We picked up our puppy May from Matt earlier today. Matt and his family were wonderful and made May's transition very easy. We found all of his puppies VERY well taken care of. Matt was very responsive from day one when we called to inquire. We asked many questions and he was able to make great suggestions. He even sent us a video of our new puppy before we picked her up. Our family had been looking for a mini Bernese for a year and were very fortunate to find Matt, He is an excellent breeder who raises such loving puppies. They are well socialized and just beautiful, Prior to adopting Cali (Taffy) I spoke to Matt on numerous occasions. He was very kind and answered all my questions, and there were a lot.
