We picked up our cavapoo puppy from Lizzie's farm when he was 8 weeks old. Lizzie invited us to come and meet him beforehand, and I could see right away why hers is a cash-only operation and why she couldn't send me a photo of this puppy, who happened to get excluded from the photo shoot with his littermates...it's because Lizzie's family is not just in Amish country, but is Amish. Their farm was beautiful, clean, obviously well-run, and with children playing with family pets -- it was obvious that the puppy would be well-socialized. Before we picked him up, Lizzie had the puppy dewormed, examined by a vet, and given his first shots. She provided us with documentation of his medical history. Our puppy is now 4 months old, is healthy as a horse, and is the most adorable, lovable dog I've ever seen in my entire life. He turns heads everywhere he goes, even turning grizzled old dudes at Home Depot into melted butter at how cute he is. Most importantly, though, he is hypoallergenic. My husband has terrible dog allergies and the puppy does not trigger them AT ALL. He cost a lot of money, but he was worth every penny and everyone in my house agrees getting him was the best decision we ever made. I cannot recommend Lizzie enough -- I hope she remains in business for decades so we can get another cavapoo just like this one if our house ever gets too empty.

I was speaking with this breeder about a Shichon puppy and prepared to purchase until we got down to the details. I was dealing with Lizzie's daughter Sadie over the phone. Sadie told me the puppy does not come with any paperwork, veterinary report, or health guarantee. Sadie also insisted on a cash transaction, no checks or credit card processing, which made me very uncomfortable. That is a lot of cash to drive up to a stranger's farm with. There are plenty of breeders out there so I would recommend doing business with someone more professional than this outfit to protect yourself as a customer.

My husband and I bought a Shichon puppy from Moses King in August, and it was the most pleasant experience! The puppy’s name was “Blueberry”, which we changed to “Steeler Blue”, and he is a little sweetheart! He has the sweetest disposition, and he’s been very easy to house train. We just love him to pieces! Moses and his family were very sweet to deal with. As soon as we pulled up, we were greeted by Moses and his wife, and we were taken directly into the barn to meet the puppies and their parents. I could tell the dogs were all well socialized, as they were warm and friendly. Little “Steeler Blue “ was up to date on his shots, and he’s healthy and happy! I HIGHLY recommend Moses King!

Our dog of 14 years passed away suddenly right before Christmas leaving our new puppy of 6 months without her favorite play buddy. She was so sad and depressed, that the vet recommended we get another puppy before our puppy developed significant health problems. This is where Moses King, our breeder came in and saved the day.

I was looking for a five-star breeder that was open and honest in his breeding practices as well as someone who cared for and raised the puppies around children. I also wanted to see the father and mother of the puppies to know the disposition the puppies would have. I found that and more with Moses and his family. They answered all my questions and made me comfortable with my purchase of our puppy. Mose’s daughter was my first contact and she was so pleasant and very informative. She let me know they had a litter of 8-week puppies and if I wanted the first choice I could stop by that day.

I explained I was from New Jersey and it would take 3 hours to get to PA. Moses returned my call within 30 mins and told me if I still wanted to come see the puppies they would await my arrival. He also encouraged us to bring our dog “violet” to help us choose the best puppy for her. They gave us great directions, and we arrived 3 hours later to find a small fenced in play area with children and very gentle but frisky puppies. The puppies were clean, alert, great with children and very healthy looking. They also had a veterinarian certificate, with all the vaccines up to date. He even provided food for us to bring home. “Mulberry”, now affectionately known as “Gilbert”, was our choice, and it was Violet’s choice as well. Gilbert is a healthy, happy, little man that loves his sister Violet as much as he loves hunting for sticks in the yard. Gilbert’s disposition is very sweet and affectionate. He is great with other pets and kids and even likes my daughter’s cat when she brings him to visit.

We purchased our new puppy, a Shichon, in August 2017. His name is “Huckleberry.” Our experience with Greenfield Puppies and Moses King was outstanding. We would highly recommend the Greenfield Puppies website and Moses King’s Puppies. We lost our Yorkie last summer, so Huck had some big shoes to fill. He is wonderful and loves watching TV with our youngest granddaughter! He is the best dog with kids!

I wanted to take a few minutes to write a little something about Moses King.
I called Moses to inquire about a Shichon named Bluebird that was on his site - I fell in love with the picture of Bluebird!
Moses told me he had someone that wanted the puppy and he was holding it and couldn't sell it from under them. He did say he had another puppy and to take a look at that picture, but I was hooked on Bluebird.

A week went by and I received a call from Moses telling me that the people came to pick up the puppy and decided to get the other one that was left in the litter - leaving Bluebird there and he was available again if I was interested! He was the last one in the litter.
We made arrangements and drove the following weekend 8 hours (8/10/18) from Michigan to pick up Bluebird(Hershey)!!
Moses kept in touch and answered any questions I had and provided me with lots of details prior to us coming - we had great conversation! He even called after we returned home to make sure our drive back to Michigan with the puppy went ok. It was a joy to meet Moses and his family along with the mom and dad of Bluebird. Their home is beautiful and clean and you can tell that they really take care of their dogs and the puppies. I wouldn't hesitate to drive 8 more hours to get another puppy from Moses.

Bluebird is now named Hershey and is spoiled rotten by our family. He is definitely a well behaved and pretty mellow puppy - of course, he has his puppy moments. Right now he is trying to figure out the world outside of his life on the farm. We have taken him to the vet and he got a clean bill of health - our vet was really impressed on how organized the folder of material and all the documented details on the vaccines, deworming was, she said the puppy was given some good vaccines (the brand she said was an expensive one and you don't see that often) Without any hesitation I would recommend purchasing a puppy from Moses!

I went to buy a puppy from Moses King a few weeks ago and it was an Excellent experience. His entire family was so welcoming and warm. His daughter was very knowledgeable of all the puppies. He was prompt and returned all calls before the visit. When I arrived there I was welcomed with nothing but genuine kindness. I couldn't decide on what puppy I wanted so I end up buying two puppies. These puppies are up to date on vaccinations and have brought a joy to my life. They are healthy and have a beautiful coat. After the purchase, Mr. King followed up a few times just to see how the puppies were doing and to ask if he could assist or recommend anything. I have never had this type of treatment before from a breeder and I am forever grateful and will be purchasing from him again for sure.
