The breeder assured us our puppy would be vaccinated but he was not up-to-date. He also has anxiety which we assume is from his treatment before adoption. We have no way of knowing. I am very disappointed that the breeder, again and again, assured us he would be up-to-date on his vaccines and he was not. I cannot recommend this breeder to anyone and would not adopt from them again.
