I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Emma and Melvin. They were honest and upfront about any issues and offered to send us with food and water for the puppy. Vicky (our new puppy) has an umbilical hernia and they took the cost of the procedure off the cost for the puppy. We had to take a 6 hour drive from VA to get her. They let me pay for her and held her about a week until I could get away from work to make the trip. They were quick to respond and sent me pictures of her hernia so I could see it before making my mind up. The puppy is super sweet and very friendly. Our 12 hour round trip to get her was worth every mile. We are so in love with her and have renamed her Ellie. Thank you so much Emma and Melvin!
